3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your diet plan, you agree to:

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All payments for consultation services and customized diet plans must be made in full before the service is provided. Because our plans are highly personalized and require significant time to create, all sales are final and non-refundable once the plan has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited session.
