Growing up in a typical Indian household, food was never just fuel—it was love, celebration, and tradition. Dal on the stove, fresh rotis from the tava, and seasonal vegetables were part of everyday life. I witnessed how wholesome home-cooked meals quietly supported health long before nutrition became a popular topic.
That early appreciation for Indian food inspired me to pursue Dietetics & Nutrition professionally. I wanted to understand the science behind traditional eating habits and how balanced nutrition could prevent and manage lifestyle diseases.

One of the most memorable moments in my journey was helping a client with Type 2 diabetes regain confidence in eating.
